Privacy Policy for ABEX Nav Android App

ABEX (owner of the abex.com.pl domain) is committed to protecting the privacy of users of the ABEX Nav application. This document explains how the application uses and handles data.

1. Data Collection and Usage

ABEX Nav is an NTRIP Client tool used to transmit GNSS corrections to external receivers.

• Location Data: The application requires access to the device's precise location (GPS/GNSS) to calculate distances to reference stations and to perform Mock Location injection.
• No Personal Data Collection: The application does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, phone numbers, contact lists, or private content.
• Data Transmission: All location data is processed locally. The only external transmission is the connection to an NTRIP Caster/server explicitly chosen by the user.

2. Permissions

The application requests the following permissions:

• Precise Location (Fine Location): To manage positioning and RTK calculations.
• Bluetooth/USB: To communicate with external GNSS receivers.
• Internet: Solely to connect to the user-specified NTRIP Caster.
• Foreground Service: To maintain a stable connection while in the background.

3. Data Sharing

ABEX does not share, sell, or trade any data generated or processed by the application. Location data never leaves your device for any purpose other than those configured by you.
